We moved across country and Direct Express made it very simple for us! We scheduled our first available pick-up day to be a Friday and we received and email on Wednesday stating pick-up was scheduled for Saturday and we received a phone call Friday morning from the driver saying that he was available for pick-up after lunch on Friday. So pick-up was considered early since the email stated the next date. My wife had to be at work so he was flexible with working around me accommodating her and meeting up with him for pick-up. Driver was very friendly and we stayed in communication until our two vehicles were delivered on Tuesday. Both vehicles were not damaged, just dirty from the drive.
