Some initial contact would have been nice. The car was picked up late and the offices were closed on Saturday and Sunday so I had no way off owing what was going on and obviously someone needed to be home for the delivery. When I was finally called I was told 2 hours till arrival and it didn't show until 4 1/2 hours later.
