This has been the second time I have used Direct Express and each time, I am more impressed. The vendor Direct Express picked was awesome! The same person I met when my car was being picked up was the same person I met when it was dropped off. I saw care being taken when the car was loaded and unloaded. There were no scratches or dents.
Customer service is a rarity these days so it was refreshing to receive quality, friendly and professional customer service from Direct Express and their vendors. Overall, the service was excellent. I will definitely use them again.
