I told them my car is available for pick up from Tuesday to Friday as I will be flying out on Saturday. On Tuesday they informed me that a carrier has been assigned and they will pick up the car on Thursday afternoon.
Then the driver called me to confirm the pick up on Thursday and left me his cellular phone number.
On Thursday morning, I called the driver to confirm the time. This driver is a very nice person named Gee. He called 20 minutes before showing up, the loaded up the car. No problem.
This is the second time I used the Direct Express Auto Transport.
