My personal experience was excellent from the beginning - with the explanation of the nuances of the market to managing my expectations on transporting a vehicle from Lubbock, TX to Knoxville, TN. I was pleasantly surprised that the vehicle was delivered in excellent condition and sooner than I expected. The driver gave me the option to take a late night delivery which was inconvenient so he agreed to spend the night in town and delivered at a convenient time the next morning. An overall excellent experience and I would recommend to others.
