I placed an order about 2 weeks before the date I scheduled for my truck to be picked up from Metro Detroit Michigan to be shipped to Las Vegas. To be sure, I allowed my self a 7-10 day window. So I placed the order to be picked up on 8/18, but did not expect exactly that date.
On 8/15, my order was scheduled to be handled by Nationwide Trans, Inc. from Schaumburg, IL. To my surprise, I had received a call on 8/17 from the driver informing me that he would be picking up my truck on 8/18.
On 8/20, driver informs me that he will be arriving at Las Vegas on Thursday afternoon. Delivery date, the driver pulls in virtually near my house. He had to park outside of the court, of course, because of no outlet. The driver was extremely courteous and pleasant.
The car was in great condition. Obviously, being in a open air trailer it was a little dirty from rain.
Although I was reluctant at first to go with Direct Express Auto Transport because of the deposit needed up front, I am extremely pleased with my decision. They were fast, efficient, and kept me in the loop the entire process. No hidden fees, or costs. The price was exactly as quoted.
