The Driver (john) was great. Called me in advance to ensure a timely pickup. My sister was at the pickup and she said it went better than expected. They came to the door. The drop off was early, however we got plenty of notice to make it go seamlessly well. The minivan looked great and the overall experience was better than expected. Thank you.
