We have never told a customer to remove the tint from their windows. Why would we? That does not matter to a shipper. So we do not understand how Jordan of NC and CA could have gone to that trouble and expense? Since we did not tell her to do such a thing, we are not inclined to pay for it. To our knowledge, no other customer has ever done that.
While Jordan felt the owner of the company needed to be interrupted while on vacation to discuss personally her tinted window problem, the company staff correctly determined that the issue could wait until he returned later in the week. We are also puzzled as to how it is that Jordan shipped a car to herself in (picked up within two days - great service!) and says she is shipping four more from North Carolina to MSP. A person shipping that many cars should be savvy enough to know not to remove the tint, unless there are local laws prohibiting.
