We have used this service at least THREE times and have had no real issues at all. We will use again, especially because of the last experience and the trucker contact we were given! The trucker arrived from FL to CA earlier than expected but, unfortunately, had a two-day delay (which brought the delivery in "on time") due to a truck breakdown and repair. These things happen so it still wasn't any issue and there was constant follow-up by the trucker ... excellent resource!
