I used Direct Express Auto Transport to relocate my Volvo S60 from Champaign, IL to Redmond, WA. The car was picked up and delivered within the stated time frames. The driver made his best efforts to load and unload my car at the closest "large lot" location. Don't expect the driver to drive his transport truck to your house - expect to have to meet him somewhere nearby. Given the time windows provided (a week window for pick up; and a week window for delivery), you should consider renting a car in the meantime because you may only receive a few hours notice for pickup and delivery of your car. My car looked the same upon delivery as it did when picked up. Overall, I would use the company again in the future. They are reputable and courteous.
