This being the first time I have ever moved cars I was very nervous and concerned as we had two cars moving across the country. The pickup was on time and very easy. Our cars were put on an open transport on June 30th and delivered on July 7th. Other than the cars having a ton of bugs on them (Which was expected) and a little dirty (also expected) they showed up undamaged and in great condition.
The communications from the driver was not the best. I had to call numerous times to get updates on the day of delivery. First I was told they would call in the morning to schedule the time but never heard from him. After a second contact I was told around 5pm I would be getting the cars. Not until almost 7pm did the cars get delivered. A little nerve racking but again the cars did show up safely.
I would definitely use them again if I had to move a car as the scheduling and safety of my cars was perfect.
