I am really really satisfied with the service.My contact person was Jenny and she was very helpful right from the beginning.I had so many questions and she was very patient in answering all the questions. The deal was I had to pay $150 to Direct Express and remaining $625 to the driver.Since they couldn't find a driver within the time frame for the price, they refunded me $75 and increased the price of the driver to $700.I liked their commitment in the midst of so many expensive auto transport corporations.The driver who took the car was a very nice person and in fact he delivered the car well ahead of time.Excellent service!
