This was my first time shipping a car and it started off as a nightmare. I requested an online quote through a website and was bombarded by companies trying to sell me their deal or threaten me that other companies were out to screw me over. After that I did some research and found direct express to have great reviews and seemed legit. I was still nervous and a bit skeptical but the driver contacted me quickly and I was able to talk to him at any time during the trip and found it easy to coordinate delivery. All negotiated prices were honored and no damage was done to my car. It worked out well and I would recommend this company to anybody looking to skip the BS that will come when trying to ship a car.
