I contacted Direct Express two weeks prior to my car move. They had my vehicle assigned the week it was picked up. My car was picked up a day early, which I didn''t mind because it was shipped and delivered in only 3 days. Picked up on a Thursday afternoon, at the destination on a Sunday afternoon. The driver was great. He gave me his cell number just in case I had any questions but I never had to call him. He would call either me or the my destination contact with any new info he had regarding pickup or delivery times. Would definitely use again and recommend highly.
