I have moved my cars a couple of time so been through the pain of finding a good service provider but this time it was different and I would like to thank Direct Express for making it so easy. The booking was super easy, Jenny was my CS rep and it was a quick 3 min call and was told my driver would contact me with availability and pick up times. I received a call on monday from the driver that will be picking up my car that evening from the auto shop. he promptly picked up my car and informed that he will be in ATL by wednesday and would inform me ahead of his arrival so I can plan to be at home for delivery. On wednesday, I received a much awaited call and informed me on the delays with traffic and other deliveries he had and promised to drop my car off by 5 PM. Since my location is too tight for the big rig I was asked for a alternate delivery location but to my surprise my driver Robert was so skilled to make the tight corner and bring the rig right in front of my place and deliver my car. The car was in excellent shape and did not had any dings/dents or scrap marks you normally would expect from such haul.It looked like it just came out of car wash. So overall, this was the best experience I had with car transport providers and I would recommend them without any second thought.
