I called them to have my BMW M Roadster transported. Got an email within 24 hours saying the vehicle had been assigned to Safe Auto Transport. The car was picked up 24 hours after that. I got a call from the driver the day before he was scheduled to arrive, giving me an arrival time. He was right on time the next day. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable and the car was perfect. I would use them again without hesitation.
