From the time I contacted Direct Express everyone was very helpful, polite, business like and was able to answer all my questions. The customer service and the drive I was always able o contact for an update on my car. My car was back to Phila way before I expected it to arrive, Direct Express was able to hold my car for me until I returned. My over all experience was wonderful and everyone was a delight to work with, especially since I have never done this before!! I would highly recommend this company.
