I needed to get a car from Indianapolis to Southern California. Because I wanted to avoid phone calls which could be time consuming and had the potential of having to deal with aggressive sales persons, I contacted a number of auto-transport companies selecting those that would provide a quote online. Unlike a large number of competitors who engaged in less than honest advertising, Direct Express Auto Transport was one a the few that actually did provide a quote online within seconds of entering very limited data. It was also the cheapest with a quote of $750.00. Most quotes were $300.00 to $400.00 more and several were nearly double the quote given by Direct Express Auto Transport for the same service--open transport.
The company representative was extremely helpful in explaining how the process worked. I was given a pick-up date of 3-7 days and a delivery date of 7-14 days. I was kept informed of all steps by Direct Express Auto Transport and the driver.
