I really like the fact that there really doesn't need to be any interaction between a service rep and the customer. It's very convenient that all you have to do is go online and fill out your information, get an immediate quote, and book your order. It was simple, fast, and very very convenient.
With that said, I still called to ask a couple of questions, but now that I have used the company once, I would definitely use them again.
Oh, and one more thing, the price was very reasonable.
