This was an experience that restores a little faith for me towards business in America. Thank goodness the individual business owners of America have not adopted the same attitudes towards their customers that the major corporations have. I received from DIRECT EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORTERS more than I was promised. I never even had to talk to anyone. Of course I did call to confirm that the automatic quote I got online was accurate but now I now that I can believe what this company says is what they will do. Not only did DIRECT EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORTERS give me the best price but they picked up my car the next morning after I placed my online order. My car arrived at my front door the same day it was picked up. My friend in Colorado Springs, CO met the driver that morning. She opened the garage door and by the time we finished our phone conversation the car was on its way. Later that evening I got a call from the driver saying he would be at my house in an hour. An hour later he pulls up in front of my house and ten minutes later my 1963 Falcon was on the street in exactly the same condition it was in earlier that morning where it sat in a garage. I checked with another company that advertised a lesser price. When I called to confirm the price the quote was only for major town to major town, not door to door like DIRECT EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORTERS. I run my own business doing repairs on peoples homes and cars. I understand how important peoples cars and homes are to them. I understand how expectations can be difficult to meet sometimes. I also know how difficult it is to make everything come out right for the customer. It is obvious to me that CUSTOMER SERVICE is of the highest priority to DIRECT EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORTERS. I know that all the stars aligned on this particular move of mine but they did because of the efforts of this company. Thanks to everyone involved with this company. You made what could have been difficult better than could have been expected. THANK YOU to the people of DIRECT EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORTERS.
