I originally went with Direct Express because of the listing with the Better Business Bureau and good reviews on other consumer websites. I was very satisfied with the service. It was easy to book and a truck was ready very soon, within a day or two of booking. My car went from North Carolina to California in less than a weak. The price quote was as low as the other quotes I had received from companies with poor reviews and one of the lowest prices overall. The delivery was very fast and easy. The driver had some trouble finding my location but the contact person was always in contact with me via cell phone. I felt they took good care of my car and delivered it fast and at a low price. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a cross country auto transport.
