I was very happy with my experience. My car was shipped to LA in exactly a week in excellent condition. Pickup went smoothly, and the guy showed up when expected. The only issue was that I was never told the pick up person would drive my car himself to the delivery shop (as opposed to getting picked up on a flatbed). I have crazy amts of insurance on my car so I didn't mind, but it did catch me off guard and it seems like something other folks might get upset about. That being said, the pickup was from Manhattan NYC so I understood how big of a pain it would have been to send a flatbed truck into the city.
On delivery in LA, I was told the drop-off time would be between 4-6pm. I also requested for them to call if they would be late. I had to call them at 6:30pm only for them to tell be it would be another hour. The car was not dropped off until 8:30pm. This was a little annoying and I felt like the delivery driver could have kept me in the loop better so I didn't just sit around waiting for him.
Overall, these are minor points to me because the car got the there way earlier (in terms of days) than I was expecting.
