Direct Express was very professional and assigned me to a WONDERFUL auto transporter company. My car was picked up the SAME DAY that I put the request in. After informing the driver that I would be flyng to Arizona, he made sure that my car would arrive by the time my plane landed so I wouldn't have to rent a car.
