Great experience shipping our daughter's car to California. Direct Express was very professional to deal with and courteous in answering our questions. The actual carrier was MRV Transport (formerly Alliance). They picked it up within two days of available pickup date and delivered it seven days later. We became a little worried when we were not able to reach the driver but Andre, the company's owner, went over and above to deliver the car at 9:30 pm the day the car arrived in California so I wouldn't have to change my flight plans and extend my hotel and rental car. Great customer service! Would definitely use again and recommend them highly!
