Customer Susan entered her order two months before she was ready to ship. We advise customers not to do that because prices are subject to seasonal change. Susans price worked plenty fine in March when she booked it, but not so well in May when she wanted to ship. Fuel prices skyrocketed in the interim. Other customers understood that, but evidently not Susan.
Proving that no good deed goes unpunished, our records show that we helped Susan with the price within the first week and got her a driver. But she failed to communicate with the driver for four days and lost him. We can't help a customer who doesn't communicate.
We wish Susan well in all her future endeavors.
