I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth my car moving process went with this Direct Express Auto Transport. I submitted the order, and as promised they let me know within 7 days (actually it was ~4 days) that a truck had been assigned to my order. A couple of days later the truck came to pick up my car, and the driver delivered the car in pickup condition 2 days after that. The driver himself was also very courteous and friendly. During the transport I was able to call the company and find out how far out the truck was from my town - so I was pleased with their real time tracking ability also. Definitely would recommend this company to others.
