This was my first time transporting a vehicle so I was unfamiliar with the process- I called about a month out and was advised to give it some time. I called 2 weeks out (which is still early) and made the deposit and gave the dates in which the vehicle can be picked up. The day the vehicle was available I received a call from the assigned carrier letting me know they are in the area and can pick the car up that day. The driver (Miguel) was very friendly and assured me that my car would arrive safely. I am pleased to say that the car arrived earlier than anticipated and in the same condition in which it was sent. Do to some unforeseen circumstances (a car accident the day before our move) we had to move our damaged car to CT ASAP. Within minutes Heather was able to assign the vehicle and have it picked up the same day. We are very happy with the service we have received and would recommend using Direct Express Transport.
