I would definitely use Direct Express Auto Transport again. Direct Express contracts with shipping companies to transport your vehicle to your destination. I was actually assigned 2 different companies.
At first, I was assigned Carson Shipping from California. I was very concerned because Carson Shipping had an "F" rating on the Better Business Bureau. I spoke with the customer service rep from Direct Express. The rep was extremely helpful and apologetic. I greatly appreciated the ease in which I was able to change the carrier and also the date that my vehicle was to be picked up (since I realized that my vehicle would not be ready on the date I had originally stated).
I was then assigned Guffey Trucking. I was impressed that Guffey Trucking was able to pick up my vehicle on the first day it was available. Guffey Trucking was prompt and professional and timely in their delivery of my vehicle. I would recommend Guffey Trucking and would use Guffey Trucking again.
I also recommend and would use Direct Express again. Their customer service reps are extremely helpful and knowledgable. Due to Direct Express, I was able to move my vehicle for a lot cheaper than I was quoted by other companies and still receive good quality service!
