Direct Express Auto Transport was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They contacted me back primarily by email. It was a bit confusing at first when they emailed a carrier who I phoned and he had no idea who I was. When I phoned Direct Express back they apologized for not informing me this was not the correct carrier as they had scheduled them too early.
Next I received 2 emails on the same day with 2 different carriers, so I was again confused, but this time one of the carriers phoned me and all went smoothly from there. You certainly know a lot of car carrier companies!
My only suggestion would be to phone and email whenever you send out info clarifying who will be calling, and immediately clarifying if something was sent in error.
