I have used the company several times and found the service to be quick and the carriers professional. This time the guys got here very quickly by driving through the night with two drivers. My vehicles always arrive safe, although with an open carrier it will be dirty from diesel smoke. One problem I had this time with which the staff at the auto transport were not helpful was that the carrier they assigned said they had a height restriction. I called the agent who said I would have to get my vehicle with its roofrack reassigned and pay a higher fee. The quote form did not ask about roofracks. It was not even that high. Anyway in the end the original carrier was very nice and took off the rack and carried it for us separate and didn't charge us anything. I have recommended the company to many people. I just suggest that after your internet quote you call them to discuss the exact vehicle and its peculiarities.
