This was my first move from Minneapolis MN to Palo Alto CA, I was very uncertain of shipping the car but reading Direct Express Auto Transport company's profile I made my decision for doing it. Good news is there is not a lot of paperwork. Initial reservation was simple and easy by a telephone call which takes less than 5 minutes and they confirm by e-mail. They are very punctual in picking up the car and even delivering it with no damages. Best part is its a door to door delivery service. I would personally rank Direct Express Auto Transport as number one in quality of service, low quote and excellent customer service. Honestly nothing to complain...I would definitely recommend this company for everyone who are planning to move their car.
