I am really impressed by the promptness and care right from booking date till vehicle was delivered. Customer service girls were wonderfull and truck carrier "Happy Valley Express" was assigned to me the day after the booking. Driver "Dale" really was excellent and knowledgefull. He contacted me the day before he was scheduled to pickup my car. He was 15 minutes before the scheduled time! Wow! Even though there was some construction work going on in my neighborhood (so detour needed). Dale delived me my Honda Civic 2006 right on time on the 5th day, as he told. No damage, nothing missing, excellent care. I would highly recommend Direct Auto. Whole process (booking , assignment of carrier and delivery) was complete within week!
