I have never shipped my car before, so I did not know what to expect. Direct Express Auto Transport assigned a truck to my car within a couple days of the order and had it picked up on my first available day. The truck driver was nice enough and communicated well with me, and the car arrived by my desired return date. If I ship my car back at the end of the summer, I will use them again!
