Lucky me--I found Direct Express on the Net--and took a chance. This was my first experience with transporting a vehicle cross-country using a broker. I liked the look of the Direct Express site and found it to be easy to navigate, informative, with no surprises or vague price quotes.

The tranport service they assigned me was superior. Iris and John Fern are consummate professionals and they kept me informed each step of the way. I felt the price was reasonable and the timeline was amazingly accurate. John Fern handled my vehicle with kid gloves at both the pick up and delivery points and he represents your service well.
