This was the first time we have shipped a vehicle, and was pleasantly surprised how easy and worry free. We used the website to set up pick up time etc and the website was really easy to use. After completing the required info and partial payment everything went pretty smoothly. The only small detail that could have been better is that the pick-up person did not call before coming out to our home. We did request that they did call so we could make sure we were home and the car was placed in a pick-up position. They did show up early in the morning, so we were home but it would have been nice if a call was made. The drop off went really smooth, with Anna calling the day before drop off and gave us a time frame when they would be in the area and would be dropping off the vehicle. The vehicle was a 1999 Ford Escort and arrived in fine condition, dirty but that should be expected in an open transport. We would recommend this company, as they did answer any questions that we had and did follow up on the no call when the pickup was to happen. All in all we were very pleased. Would use this company again.
