Longer than expected but good customer service

Driver assignment took much longer than initially expected from transport order. However, business was very willing to compensate for delay and forfeited initial payment to put towards the driver. I was impressed that they sacrificed some of their profit to entice a driver assignment. Customer service was available by phone every time that I tried (unlike some company reviews of nearly non-existent customer service). Once the driver was assigned, transport occurred on time and without damage. I would be willing to try company again.
