Direct Express picked up the vehicle about a day and a half after their first estimate. They gave an accurate pickup time after two additional phone calls. This was no big deal to me since I was off at the time and their price was the best. The was vehicle was delivered to my door in perfect condition. My overall experience was totally satisfactory overall, and I wouldn't hesitate to use DE again.
