Direct Express Never called after taking our money

They promise pick-up within 5 to 7 days and never did perform. They never called to explain and only when I called and asked for refund did we hear from them. Then all they could say was their computers are down. Their customer service person told me I was rude for expecting her to write down the order number and call me back when the computers came back up. They were abusive and hung up on me. If you use them it is at your own peril. Still waiting for refund!

Bill of Florida wanted to ship his Cadillac DeVille to Michigan along with thousands of other snowbirds shipping from Florida. Other people understand the logjam, but sometimes we have customers such as Bill, and you just have to accept that there are people like that. We did not promise Bill 5-7 days to pick up, he is embellishing there. Our 95% satisfaction rating speaks for itself.
