My car was picked up on the 6th day from the first available date. They assigned S&B transport to deliver my car. S&B was good in everything from communicating, arranging pickup and delivering the car. I should give credit to Direct Express that they work with carriers like S&B. Direct express were also prompt in answering my queries.
I got my car in good conditon with no damages. Thanks for the good service.
