lies,unknowledgeble,rude,lack of communication

How to start this is my worst experience.I was refereded to this company by my friend.I placed an order on Mar 10 and my car was picked up on 12th.At the time of pick up the driver said 3-5 days.I received my car on 28th 2:30 AM.Mean time I keep calling the carrier and the driver no response.After 15 days i called Direct Express guys which i think is the most unorganised and irresponsible company in business only thing they can do is fax you r documents to the carrier but no follow up.They have no clue about my car and at one point i was told i will be given the insurance details of the carrier for claim.They have absolutely no communication with the carrier.I spent $40 a day go to my office around( $600).

Finally the carrier picked my phone and said they had a problem with the truck.I can understand that these thing happen but atleast they should have communicated that to me for few days i thought I lost my car.On 28th the driver called and she will deliver the car at around 11:00 pm(lie) and if i dont come pick my car she will take it back to Illinois and said she take only cash no checks I need to run in search of ATM at 10 pm.Finally she deliverd my car 2:30AM.

Over all I spent lot for the shipping with no satisfaction.I would never ever use ths company.

Unfortunately, customer Kris of Missouri was assigned a truck that broke down on its way to Arizona. Sometimes that happens and we are sorry for any inconvenience to Kris. Nobody was more distressed than the driver because time is money, and he made less taking that long to get it fixed. We wish Kris well in future endeavors.
