I was very pleased that the vehicle was picked up less than a week after I set the transport. I understand that the driver(s) was very thorough in going over the entire vehicle before he loaded it on the trailer. I am also told that car battery was dead when they attempted to start the vehicle and load it. They were prepared for this and had a portable jump device to get the car started. I was disappointed that I didn't have any progress reports while they were on the road for four days and I was only called about one and one half hours before the vehicle was delivered. It would have been more appropriate to have given me several hours notice of delivery time so I could have arranged to be there personally. Overall, I am happy with the service and the condition of the vehicle when it arrived.
