Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We are sorry that customer Craig Mitchell is dissatisfied with the service. Sometimes despite our efforts things don't go according to plan, and there is much more to it than Mr. Mitchell says. His refund was processed in October, so his credit card issuer is responsible for the speed to his account. We wish Craig Mitchell lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
