From the first call to Direct Express Auto Transport everything was professional. The phone was answered quickly, and by a real person, not a computer, I didn't have to wait on hold at all. They made it fast and easy to place my order, only asking for a very small portion of the money up front. By the time I hung up the phone, there were two emails waiting on me, my order confirmation, and one to tell me my car had already been assigned a truck. All communication was prompt, and professional. I was very pleased, and amazed by how fast my car was both picked up, and delivered to me. This car was 2,400 miles from me, I have waited longer on mail from my family in the same state.
