Getting a quote was easy and accurate both online and on the phone with the rep. I was worried at first not only because of the distance but also the availability of the truck tranporting a vehicle from PA to WA. I moved the pick up date a day earlier and the rep informed me that they were still working on finding a truck for this route. After 2 days, I got an email advising me that the truck is ready for pick up on the same day. I contacted the dealer to advised and on that same evening the car is on the truck. ETA was 11 days from the day of pick up. On the 8th day, I called the truck driver to find out the status - he told me that he is 3 hrs away and will be delivering the car. It was a surprised, I had to quickly make arrangements; met the driver and picked up the car. Aside from the dust from the long haul, the car was delivered on time and in one piece. I give Direct Express Auto Transport a big thumbs up! Reps were courteous, helpful and attentive. Great price - I checked out other quotes and found that they were the cheapest. I would definite recommend this company and would use them again on my next purchase.
