I was very pleased with the timing and process of this company. Direct Express was able to locate a driver who contacted me the next day. He said he would be in Las Vegas by Friday but actually got here on Monday. The pick up was quick and easy with all paperwork signed. He said he would be in New Hampshire by Thursday, which I thought was fast, but actually arrived on Friday night. We were able to keep in contact with him by his cell which gave us peace of mind. My main concern was to have my son's belongings in the trunk be delivered safely. Very thing turned out fine with the exception of it being dirty but thats normal for the trip.
