Thank you for making this second experience with your company a problem free one.When I ran into a timing problem before pick-up they helped me resolve it by re-scheduling the pick-up and arranging to get the car from my apartment leasing office when they were open and after my leaving Massachusetts. The dispatcher and drivers were courteous and prompt in answering my questions and kept me informed throughout the whole process from pick-up to delivery.I could not have asked fro better service.
