Direct Auto Express was great. The car was delivered promptly and in great condition other than dirty because it had rained for two days on its way to Tennessee. The scheduling person on the phone was informative and answered all questions thoroughly. The driver was diligent about calling and letting me know when he would arrive. The driver was cordial and represented the company very well. I would recommend this company to anyone when transporting a vehicle.
