I used an auto transport "broker". I would recommend that the customer be told that after the deposit is made, there will not be any contact by the transport company until a driver has been assigned. The transport "broker" does have a contact phone number, which is well staffed and well managed. After the "quiet" period was explained to me, all went well.
The transport company was prompt, well mannered, and professional. The car was inspected for original conditino, then loaded onto the transport truck. The car was delivered to the destination by one of the drivers of the transport truck. I was told all went off on teh delivery end without a hitch. I would definitely use this service again!!
