I did a lot of research before choosing Direct Express Auto Transport and I was very concerned in general about the entire process, as I had heard horror stories from friends about getting an auto transported. Many of the companies I contacted were shady and vague at best about their service and how it works. Direct Express was upfront and straight forward with me. I called more than once and got the same answers each time when dealing with different individuals! That was a BONUS!! I was pleasantly surprised as to how well the entire transaction went. They were within the timeframes that they stipulated and the auto arrived in the same condition that it left in. There was a $50 discrepancy in the price when the trucking company came to pick up the vehicle, but I was not opposed to the reason for the change. The office staff and the driver were helpful and professional. The pick up location had to be changed due to truck size and residential location. The drop off was location was as arranged. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this company for auto transport.
