This was my first time using a transport company. I chose Auto Transport Direct because of their very competitive price. I was warned by other companies that for the price I was quoted I would not get the service I was promised. Auto Transport's quote was at least $200.00 cheaper than 6 other companies I called for the same service.
The car was picked up on time and delivered on time!!! Their phone operator was very courteous and very good at explaining what my and their responsibilities were regarding the transport of my car.
I was sent a contract and asked to pay a deposit of $159.00 which would be refunded if they could not meet my needs.
The truck driver who picked up my car called ahead of time to let me know approximately what time he would do the pickup and reconfirmed an hour before the actual pick-up. He did the same thing at delivery which went without a hitch. My car was delivered in excellent condition.
I would recommend this Auto Transport Direct company to anyone looking to have their vehicles transported in in a timely fashion and at very competitive prices!!
I was completely satisfied with their high level of service and I'm very happy for having chosen the right company to do business with!!!!!
